Last updated: April 8, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stow platform (the "Service") operated by Stow Inc. ("Stow," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stow provides a secure credential vault and AI agent orchestration platform that allows users to store encrypted API keys and OAuth tokens, connect third-party services, and enable AI agents to make authorized API calls on their behalf without direct exposure of credentials.

3. Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately at security@stow.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store credentials you are not authorized to use
  • Conduct or facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or automated abuse (scraping, DDoS)
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions of Stow or third-party services
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

5. Third-Party Services

Stow enables you to connect and authorize third-party APIs and services ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Stow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any Third-Party Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Third-Party Services through Stow complies with those services' terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

Plans

Stow offers free and paid subscription tiers. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will remain accessible until then.

7. Data Ownership and License

You retain all ownership of the credentials, configurations, and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Stow a limited, non-exclusive license to store, encrypt, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Stow does not claim ownership over the outputs produced by third-party APIs accessed through your agents.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Stow Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Stow's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Availability and Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where feasible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stow does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Stow's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stow Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
